Who we are?
We are pleased to introduce our company, SEBATA ALYASAN SHOES COMPANY located in Istanbul, Turkey as a manufacturer of high quality men shoes.
We manufacture our shoes under our registered brand .
We can also produce for our customer's own design under their brand name. We are proud to distinguish our company with its very high quality production carried out by modern equipment and facility, long term experience in the market, fast delivery and service support and high capacity production capability.

We believe that we are very much competitive with our prices for the quality level we offer and with strong partnership we will definitely be very active in foreign markets as we believe in our quality, price and standards.
Thanks to our talented designers, our shoes have a leading role in the market. We carry over more than 600 models, mainly classical but also attractive modern lines. All of our products are manufactured in our own factory which means we do not sell any other brands/goods which are not manufactured by us.
Our main strategy can be summarized as production from the best raw material, for best quality with very attractive prices on punctual supply terms.
We are producing for very well known Turkish brands and chain shops. Apart from production for local customers we export our products to Germany, France, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, USA, Iran, Iraq, Dubai, Bahrein, Qatar, Pakistan, Poland, Hungary, Greece, Romania, Kazakhistan, Avustralia and Japan. Mainly very famous brands all over the world prefers to work with us as they rely on our quality and service.
We are presenting the very latest lines of our high quality shoes in our website however our customers are welcomed to visit our company to see our new facility and check out all existing models in our showroom which are more than 600 and renewed every season with more fashion ones.
History
The founder of our company, Mr.Ali Demirkan who is also a senior craftsman, had established the company in 1965.
Over the long years passed he had merged his unique experience in hand production with modern standards of production. Company has started growing rapidly over the last years by the effect of modern equipment and CNC machinery investments which has been completed especially in recent years.
Mr.Demirkan's passion of producing quality products has became the company's main principle and followed by all qualified employees. Mr.Demirkan be always future oriented and consider long-term grow and earnings rather than sudden achievements. The success of the company is because of this way of business understanding which can be summarized as; “always make it better…”
Quality
We only use the finest leather in our production. Leather cutting is carried out by sophisticated and fully automated CNC machines.
In regard to the raw material; we use only the finest calf leather. Premium leather is used for the uppers and the finest leather is used for the inside of shoes for maximum foot comfort. The sole made from mainly genuine leather (vero cuicio) but we also use rubber and neolid material. Our extraordinary shoes made from the finest leather and are first class quality.
Selection of Leather
Production & Capacity
By January 2008 our production capacity in 6000 sqm closed area is 580.000 pairs/annually of high quality leather shoes. We mainly produce leather sole quality shoes but we also have casual and rubber sole models. Totally 160 persons are working in our company where 150 of them are in production.
The production is carried by modern equipment and qualified employees. The journey of a pair of shoes starts from the product planning department. Every details of the order from the color of the leather, type of the leather, additional effects, sole type, additional work on soles all planned and processed in the computer and distributed to the relevant departments. Raw materials are selected by Professional people and sent to cutting department. The leather cutting is done by modern CNC laser cutting machines which are state-of-the art.

The shoe-uppers are sewed and prepared by professional employees and controlled at the end not to allow any defected or wrong shoe-upper sent to assembly line.
Assembly Line
At the same time the soles and the heels of the shoe-uppers are prepared in our own sole factory with many processes and qualified persons. We have very modern machines and pantograph (milling) machine to cut the sole from the raw material and then make additional work on that enabling us to create more fashion and quality soles.
Sebata Sole Factory
Sebata Shoes is the only company in Turkey which can produce GOODYEAR WELTED SHOES (handmade).
We are also proud to announce that we developed a unique shoe construction which we named DOUBLE STICH & CORK FILLED CONSTRUCTION SHOES (very similar to Goodyear welted shoes) . Double stich+cork filled shoes are manufactured with lots of operations with double sole and in addition filled with cork and offered with more competitive price compared to Goodyear Welted shoes.
